Your properties Fascia boards provide support for the last row of roof tiles, provide a fixing point for your guttering and protect the ends of the roof joists from the weather.

Most properties also have the horizontal Soffit boards underneath the fascias that close the gap to the wall..

Traditionally made of wood they require regular maintenance and repainting in order to maintain their appearance and more importantly, prevent the onset of rot

If you've ever stoof at the top of a ladder, sanding down and then repainting your Fascias and Soffit you already know why this maintenance task is often left. High up, out of side and usually out of mind!

Once rot sets in you have a real problem. Left unchecked it will spread to the roof joists creating a severe problem that's very expensive to put right.

If your existing baords are sound we can overclad them with maintenance free PVCU replacements. This will long great and costs much less than you might think.

Where the existing boards are no longer servicable we can completely replace them with new UPVC Fascia & Soffit boards.
